All-Church Work Day

Saturday morning at 8:30am on April 1st is our all-church work day. Help us with various projects around the church property. This will be a great time to engage with us outside of a Sunday service. Sign up at the Welcome Center to help out!

Newcomers’ Lunch

If you are new to CCF (in the past 6 months) we invite you to join us for our Newcomers’ Lunch on Sunday, April 23 after the service in the gym. This is a great opportunity to meet our CCF staff, leaders and other church members and to find out more about who we are and how you can get connected.

Estate Design

Join us on April 30th at 11:45am for, “Estate Design,” a two hour and fifteen minute discussion on God’s Design for:  Planning for the care of your family past your lifetime – Passing on family treasures and wealth to future generations – Living Generously past your life through wise planning – Understanding Wills and Trusts, Taxes and Probate, Property Transfer. Mark “E” on your connect card or stop by the Welcome Center to receive more information. ONLY $10 (lunch and guidebook included).

Pies & Hymns

On Sunday, April 30th from 6:30-7:30pm, we will be having a pie “social” and a time for hymn singing in the main worship center. This will be potluck style so make sure to bring a pie to share! Please invite friends and family to join in!

9am Classes

Check out our new 9am classes:

  • Exploring Ephesians – Choir Room
    Join us as we learn from the book of Ephesians about the truths of the Christian life and how we can apply them to our everyday lives. 
  • The Past, Present, & Future of the Islamic Presence in Our Culture – Chapel
    This class will look at the roots, development, expansion, current day operations, and biblical commentary on the potential future of the Islamic faith that is at the center of so much news in our day and how we should respond as Christians.
Financial Peace University

We will be starting a new season of FPU (Financial Peace University). This is a wonderful curriculum that is meant for anyone seeking financial freedom. You can visit the welcome center or write FPU on your connect card for more info. You can also email fpu@ccfconnect.com to find out more.

We are excited about using RightNow Media as a great tool to help us all grow in our faith. You should have received your invitation email for your free RightNow Media account.  If you did not receive an invite email, be sure to give us your updated email address on the contact card and check “E” on your communication card. The WOP Bible study meets on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00 in Room 104 at CCF. Please use south entrance. This week’s study: The Resurrection.

We have also recently changed our electronic giving backend to make it quicker and easier for our congregation. To use our new giving engine, go to our website (ccfconnect.com), hover over the “Give to CCF” menu, and choose “Give Online Now.”

Sunago ’17

Sunago 2017 is coming from March 10-12! This youth outreach event has been growing our community and changing lives for the past 4 years. This year, we have volunteer opportunity for host homes, rec. leaders, and more! If you are interested, you can sign up in the lobby. Also, make sure to register your 7th -12th grader for just $45. Email greg@ccfconnect.com with any questions

We also need your help to provide and serve a Saturday, March 11th, evening meal for Sunago. We need hot pasta dishes (lasagna, baked spaghetti, and mac&cheese), salad, French bread, and brownies/choc chip cookies along with 4-5 volunteers to serve the meal. CCF Kids 

There are lots of ways to get involved with with CCF Kid’s Ministry!  We need a Helper for the Threes class the first Sunday of the month at 10:30, a Helper for the Ones class the second and fourth Sunday of the month at 10:30, a Teacher and Helper and for the Fours and Fives class the fourth Sunday of the month at 10:30, and a Teacher for the First and Second Grade Class the fourth Sunday of the month at 10:30, and a Hall Monitor the fourth Sunday of the month at 10:30.  Substitute teachers are welcome as well!  We’re also looking for volunteers who can clean classrooms, prepare classrooms and help prepare curriculum.

Care Ministry

We are excited about launching our CCF Care Ministry! If you would like to serve on one for our Care Teams (Meals, Visitation, Home Communion or Prayer), mark the box for Care Ministry on your connect card and we will contact you.  If you or someone else who attends CCF has a need that our Care Team may be able to help with, whether through prayer, a visit at home or in the hospital, a meal during time of illness or a birth or death in the family, please let us know by emailing care@ccfconnect.com

Come and explore the Old Testament Minor Prophets and what we can learn from them today.

Come and learn practical ways you can grow in your journey of following and becoming more like Jesus. We will look at some Biblical role models and give practical tools and tips to help you grow in areas like prayer, how to read and study the Bible, simple methods for journaling, how to memorize scripture, and much more.
